Our standard logs are cut at 9/10inches which is the size we find fits most stoves, not too small that you are having to keep filling your stove and not too big they cant fit in. 
 
however for those with smaller or larger than average stoves/fireplaces we do offer small 8inch (£5 Extra per cubic metre total: £175) and larger 20inch logs (£170).
 
There is a very limited stock of these special sizes that have been seasoned once gone, we have to chop fresh wood and wait till it is seasoned to below 20% moisture.
 
We are considering chopping some logs at 14 inches - if you are interested in this size please place a back in stock request for the 14 inch logs and we will chop some and let you know when it is seasoned ready for purchase. 
 
If you know you require 8/ 14 or 20 inch logs it is best to contact us at the atart of the season/ through the summer months to organise a delivery.

All of our wood is locally sourced in the UK, with the majority being sourced within Yorkshire.
 
Your logs will be delivered as a LOOSE load (not in a log bag) the logs are only in the cubic metre bags for storge and transport purposes. See DELIVERY page for video on how we deliver.
 
The cubic metre bags we use to measure volume, store & transport the logs in measure :
1.05x 0.96 x 1.00 = 1m3
 
Once you have ordered we will contact you either via phone or email with the available delivery dates and times in your area. This will be a 2 hour time slot which start at 8am in the morning and finish at 6/8pm on an evening for example: 8-10am / 10-12noon / 12-2pm / 2-4pm / 4-6pm
 
Upon delivering we will reverse the trailer and or the pick up truck as near as possible to the desired location you want your logs. The trailer will then be tipped up, with the bag(s) being chained in to the trailer, your logs then fall out into a pile at the foot of the trailer ready for you to move and stack.
(Most customers have a tarpaulin they leave out for the logs to be tipped onto).
 
One of the main reasons we deliver the logs loosely is to reduce the plastic waste from our business as we re-use the log bags up to 10 times. If you are going to stack your logs in a shed or log store then you may find a loose load delivered to be more suitable and more cost effective.
 
We do offer a stacking service for £30 per cubic metre to be stacked, Please add the stacking service to your order of you would like your logs stacking.
